The Elite plan on Notarise It© is designed for organisations — law firms, financial institutions, government agencies, and corporate legal departments — that employ or work with multiple notaries and need managed, auditable notarisation operations.
What an organisation gets

- Shared artefacts — upload organisation seals, badge overlays, and templates used by all members
- Centralised billing — one subscription covers the entire organisation
- Organisation-level payout account — all session earnings paid to the organisation's bank account
- Express document delivery — with client consent, deliver notarised documents directly to third parties (banks, courts, solicitors)
- Advanced reporting — export audit trails, session summaries, and notary performance reports as CSV

Org Admin role
Every organisation has at least one Owner. The owner can:
- Invite and remove members
- Assign roles (Owner, Admin, Member)
- Transfer ownership to another member
- Manage the subscription and billing
- Initiate and confirm organisation closure
Owners can promote members to Admin, which grants all management capabilities except ownership transfer and closure.
