What it costs

The platform is free to use. There is no subscription, no monthly fee, and no session limit for clients. You pay only for the notarisations you actually book.

Each notarisation is chargeable. When you book, you pay:

Notarisation feeSet by your notary, per document. The law sets a minimum of ₦5,000 for any notarial act, and notaries may charge more.
Service chargeA small platform fee on the notarisation fee.
VAT7.5%, charged on the service charge only.
Payment processing feePaystack's charge for taking the card payment — 1.5% + ₦100, capped at ₦2,000.

You see the full breakdown, including the exact amount that will leave your account, before you pay. See Booking a Session.

Why no prices on notary profiles?

Every notary sets their own fees, above the ₦5,000 statutory minimum, and per-page documents are priced by length. A single published figure would be wrong for most bookings, so prices are shown for your actual documents once you are signed in and building a booking — never as a headline number you cannot rely on.

Subscription plans (Pro, Elite, Enterprise) apply to notaries and organisations, not clients. See Subscription Plans for details.
