Who it's for: Individual notaries who conduct sessions regularly and want better visibility in client search results and hassle-free access to past documents.

Pro is a notary subscription. Clients do not need Pro — the platform is always free for clients.

What's included

Everything in Access, plus:

Boosted search ranking

Pro notaries appear above Access notaries in all client search results. This is enforced at the database query level — not just a cosmetic badge. Clients searching for a notary will see Pro notaries first.

Self-service document retrieval

• Within 60 days of a session: download notarised documents directly from your dashboard, free of charge, with no admin involvement.
• After 60 days (archived): documents move to archive storage. You can still retrieve them yourself — a small retrieval fee applies, charged automatically. No support ticket needed.

On the Access plan, every retrieval requires a support request and admin approval.

Subscription reference number

Your unique NIT-PRO-YYYYMMDD-XXXX reference is displayed on your billing dashboard and included in your subscription email. Use it when contacting support for faster resolution.

Priority support

Dedicated support channel with a response SLA of within 8 business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 WAT).

Unlimited deep AI document review

Every notary on the platform — including Access — gets the standard AI review automatically when a client uploads a document. The full issue breakdown and suggestions are visible to all notaries.

The difference on Pro is access to deep review without a monthly cap.

Deep review runs a more thorough analysis using a higher-capability model. It can be triggered manually per document, or run across all documents in a session at once (batch). On Access, deep review is credit-limited — the platform sets a monthly allowance and the button disables once it is exhausted. On Pro (and above), it is unlimited.

Billing

Joining an Elite organisation

If your firm subscribes to Elite, you can join as a member and receive all Pro-equivalent features — covered by the organisation's subscription. Your personal Pro subscription is automatically paused during your membership (so you are not billed for both) and reinstated when you leave.
